Buttons and Switches.

When anger rises up quickly its because we are mad, frustrated or impatient. Our spiritual nature switch gets flipped off and our carnal nature button has been pushed.  We need to be aware of those emotions before they get the better of us.

Galatians 5:19-20  When you follow the desires of your sinful nature, the results are very clear: sexual immorality, impurity, lustful pleasures, idolatry, sorcery, hostility, quarreling, jealousy, outbursts of anger, selfish ambition, dissension, division,

Satan tries everything to keep us from finding the time to spend in prayer and the Word. But when we spend time seeking the Lord it equips us for the day. Our light switch is turned on and darkness is dispelled. We are more apt to cry out to God through out the day because we've already spent time with Him

Ps. 18:3 I will call upon the LORD, who is worthy to be praised;  So shall I be saved from my enemies.
Ps. 119:105 Your word is a lamp to guide my feet and a light for my path.. 

Isaiah 40:31 But those who wait on the LORD  Shall renew their strength;  They shall mount up with wings like eagles,  They shall run and not be weary,  They shall walk and not faint.
