Godly Intercession

James 3:17   But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy.

Did you ever find yourself praying  for some one because you saw a need in their life?  You were sincerely praying with discernment. Jesus sees a pure heart, and the Holy Spirit begins to intercede with you.  Your prayer begins to change. You begin to pray that "we" instead of "they",  might have help in that area as well. After all, if you are praying with goodness and purity, don't you want some of that too?

That is pure intercession without partiality or hypocrisy.

Lord, as we live our lives and intercede for others, grant us pure hearts and help us to yield to the Holy Spirit, as we pray. In your Name, Amen

Ps. 133:1How wonderful and pleasant it is when brothers live together in harmony!
